Divya Vashisht-Kumar approaches real estate as a storyteller, investor, and global citizen. Before real estate, she spent over a decade in print and broadcast journalism, as a Senior Reporter for The Times of India and Star News Network, and Producer/Presenter for the BBC World Service in London. Interviewing Bollywood icons, designers, politicians, and artists honed her sharp eye for detail, deep curiosity, and active listening.
Having lived in India, London, San Francisco, Austin, and Manhattan, from West Village student days to raising a family near Gramercy Park, Divya offers genuine market perspective. A vacation rental investor since 2014, she personally styles and manages properties across six states, pairing interior design vision with strong asset awareness.
Outside work, Divya treasurers time with her husband and kids, finding grounding in nature, indoor plants, pet care, and cooking. A global traveler who has explored 50+ countries for art, culture, and cuisine, she brings warmth, authenticity, and sharp guidance to every client relationship.
