Emre focuses on commercial sales and leasing in New York City, working with landlords, tenants, and businesses across a range of asset types. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, he applies market knowledge, disciplined execution, and a focus on long-term value when navigating transactions.
Having lived and worked in Manhattan, Emre has developed a strong understanding of the city’s real estate landscape. His experience includes representing landlords and securing transactions across retail, office, and mixed-use properties, including work with grocery delivery company Getir, corporate law firms, fitness brands, and food and beverage operators.
Emre combines a background in luxury hospitality with real estate, bringing over a decade of experience from roles at hotels including the St. Regis and Four Seasons. This foundation informs his attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to manage complex transactions while maintaining a high level of service.
His path into real estate was influenced by his family’s background in development and brokerage, along with his education in Hospitality and Business Management at Istanbul Commerce University and further studies at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. He also holds a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
Outside of his role, Emre enjoys running in Central Park, hiking upstate, traveling, and exploring different cultures. He approaches each transaction with a focus on consistency, preparation, and long-term relationships.
