Marisol brings a strong foundation in marketing leadership, design, and real estate investment to her work in New York City. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, she applies strategic thinking, creativity, and market insight to help clients navigate buying, selling, and renting with clarity and confidence.
With over 20 years of experience managing creative campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, Marisol built her career on cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and results-driven execution. Her transition into real estate was driven by a passion for design and an ability to identify property potential, leading her to successfully flip homes in Westchester, Jersey City, and the Poconos, as well as expand into the short-term rental market as an Airbnb Superhost.
Marisol works with buyers, sellers, and renters across neighborhoods including the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Murray Hill, Hell’s Kitchen, the Financial District, and Brooklyn. As an active investor who has owned and sold properties throughout the New York City metro area, she approaches real estate as an asset class, grounding decisions in market data, property financials, and long-term strategy. She provides customized service while maintaining consistent value and high standards, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Raised in Uptown Manhattan and having lived in neighborhoods including Purchase, Rye Brook, Hell’s Kitchen, and the Lower East Side, Marisol brings a personal understanding of the transitions many New Yorkers experience. This perspective allows her to connect with clients and guide them through important decisions with both insight and care.
Her work has earned numerous honors, including Telly Awards, ANA Awards, CableFAXIES, “Pioneer of the Year” from the HPRA BRAVO Awards, and inclusion in Multichannel News’ “40 Under 40.” She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, which informs her approach to negotiation, client advocacy, and messaging.
Outside of her role, Marisol is passionate about mentorship and gives back through programs at Manhattan College and Columbia University. She enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and studying how homes and design vary around the world.
