Marita has lived in New York City since 2022. Before moving to New York, she worked at City Hall and as a notary assistant in Georgia, where she gained experience working with legal documents and property-related contracts. This background developed her organization, responsibility, and attention to detail, which she now brings to her real estate career. Her interest in real estate grew from her enjoyment of working with people and her desire to help clients make meaningful decisions. She takes the time to listen carefully, understand individual priorities, and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the process.

Outside of her role, Marita practices yoga and enjoys interior design, particularly creating harmonious spaces inspired by Vastu and Feng Shui. She also has a strong interest in neuropsychology, spirituality, and esoteric subjects.
