Originally from Europe, Mirka brings an international perspective and a deep commitment to service to her real estate career in New York City. After earning a Master’s Degree in Marketing and International Trade from the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia, she moved to the United States, spending three years in the Outer Banks–a popular beach destination — where she honed her skills in hospitality and hotel management before ultimately settling in New York.
For the past 17 years, Mirka has built a thriving career in real estate, combining her customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for architecture, interior design, and the pace of city life. Her thoughtful, hospitality-driven approach is rooted in transparency, time efficiency, and keeping her client’s best interests at the forefront.
Having lived in several Manhattan neighborhoods before planting roots in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, she offers both local expertise and global insight. Mirka frequently works with first-time buyers, investors, absentee owners, and relocation clients, guiding them through the complexities of the New York market with professionalism, flexibility, and confidence.
A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), she is known for her calm demeanor, excellent time management, and attention to detail. A recent highlight includes managing a buyer’s transaction from start to finish while holding power of attorney for the closing.
Outside of work, Mirka is a passionate foodie and wellness enthusiast who enjoys yoga, pilates, hiking, and swimming. She loves supporting local farmers markets and artists, and is a member of MoMA, North Brooklyn Runners, A Small World, and Internations. She finds joy in traveling, live music, and the vibrant culture of her community
