Born and raised in New York City, Nicholas has experienced life in both Riverdale in the Bronx and Jackson Heights in Queens. Growing up in these neighborhoods gave him a deep appreciation for the unique energy each area brings and how location can shape everyday experiences.
He approaches real estate with openness, honesty, and a friendly demeanor, building genuine relationships while maintaining professionalism. Nicholas focuses on creating a process that feels straightforward and well-managed, while leveraging his background in business marketing and content creation to present properties effectively and reach the right audience.
His interest in real estate grew from combining strategy, branding, and people skills to help clients find spaces that align with their lifestyle.
Outside of his role, Nicholas enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and exploring the outdoors, with a goal of visiting every National Park. He has also rekindled his interest in reading, particularly horror and thriller novels.
