Paul brings a strategic and discerning approach to New York City real estate, shaped by experience across both sales and leasing transactions. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, he works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Manhattan and Brooklyn, including the Upper East Side, West Village, Financial District, and Williamsburg.His experience has given him a strong understanding of pricing, positioning, and negotiation, allowing him to guide clients through each stage of the process with clarity and precision. Paul focuses on helping clients cut through the noise of a competitive market to identify opportunities that align with how they live and operate.
Before transitioning into real estate, Paul worked in property management, where he developed an understanding of the operational side of the industry. Combined with his background in the fashion industry, he brings a creative and adaptable perspective to problem-solving, along with a natural ability to connect with people and navigate complex situations.
Paul is a member of the Architectural League of New York and continues to deepen his understanding of the built environment and design.
Outside of his role, Paul is a lifelong sports enthusiast and former collegiate football player. He enjoys football and basketball, values self-education, and spends time reading to expand his knowledge. Creativity remains an important part of his life, from music production to following fashion and design trends, and he enjoys traveling to experience new places and perspectives.
