Reagan brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to New York City real estate, shaped by her background in accounting and experience across residential sales and rentals. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, she works throughout the city, applying financial insight and a structured approach to each transaction.
After graduating from Penn State with a master’s in accounting, Reagan worked in public accounting at KPMG in the real estate tax group before joining Platinum Forbes Global Properties in January 2021. This foundation allows her to guide clients with a strong understanding of pricing, market conditions, and the financial aspects of real estate.
Reagan takes a hands-on and communicative approach, prioritizing an understanding of her clients’ goals and timelines. She walks clients through each step of the process in a straightforward way, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Her interest in real estate comes from a desire to combine independence, city life, and client interaction. She is driven by the energy of New York City and enjoys helping clients navigate the market with efficiency and strategy. Reagan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), further strengthening her ability to advise clients with a financial lens.
Outside of her role, Reagan enjoys health and wellness activities, including workout classes, walking her golden retriever Frankie, baking sourdough, and exploring new restaurants across the city.
