About Robyn Giannini

Robyn brings over a decade of experience in New York City real estate. As Agent Development Manager at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, her focus is finding agents whose values and ambitions are the right fit: people who will strengthen the brokerage while preserving the culture that defines it.

She started her own career as an agent before transitioning into sales leadership, where she helped build and unify inbound and outbound sales teams at a fast-growing brokerage. She later led their Inside Sales department, focusing on growth, agent development, and building teams that actually perform.

For Robyn, the best conversations start with listening. Before she talks about a potential move, she wants to understand what's driving someone; what they are working toward, where they have already found success, what has been frustrating, and what kind of business and life they're trying to build. She understands there is no single right path, and not every conversation leads back to Platinum Forbes Global Properties. She believes that's perfectly fine. Her goal is to help every agent think intentionally about their options, and walk away with a fresh perspective and the confidence to make the decision that is right for them.

Robyn’s pull toward real estate began with a desire to take ownership of her career and build something entirely her own. Along the way, she has lived in a few different Manhattan neighborhoods, including Harlem, Inwood, and the Upper East Side, where she spent the longest stretch of her adult life, frequently running and walking in Central Park.

Outside of work, she's a writer and a reader at heart, and still finds time to run and play chess. Often you will find her swimming at the pool or lake with her husband and one-year-old son.
