Having called New York City home for the past decade, Shenesse brings a personal understanding of its neighborhoods and the many ways they shape people's lives. As a licensed real estate salesperson at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, Shenesse is passionate about helping individuals and families find properties that align with their needs, goals, and aspirations.

Growing up around the real estate industry, Shenesse developed an early interest in how properties and neighborhoods evolve. From witnessing distressed properties being renovated to appreciating the craftsmanship of Brooklyn's pre-war buildings and the appeal of modern layouts, Shenesse has developed a particular connection to the borough. With familiarity around Williamsburg and Prospect Park, Shenesse continues to build market knowledge across downtown Brooklyn, Clinton Hill, and Park Slope.

Before transitioning into real estate, Shenesse spent more than seven years in client-facing roles, developing skills in active listening, communication, and guiding people through significant life transitions. Taking a client-first approach, Shenesse prioritizes understanding individual concerns and objectives, offering clear, honest guidance without pressure. The goal is to help clients feel heard, informed, and confident throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Shenesse enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, staying active, preparing home-cooked meals, baking, and being with family. Over the past decade, Shenesse has also contributed in small ways to several projects bringing distressed properties back to life.
