Thomas serves as Vice President of Business Development at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, builds key partnerships, and equips the firm’s agents with the tools and training needed to succeed in New York City’s competitive real estate market. He also oversees data analytics, compiling the insights behind the company’s quarterly market reports and newsletters.
Prior to joining the firm, Thomas ran his own brokerage, managing residential leasing, sales, and commercial transactions across Manhattan and Brooklyn. His background includes experience as a Wall Street stockbroker and fashion publicist, giving him a distinct blend of analytical discipline and creative instinct.
A firm believer in the art of the cold call, Thomas regularly hosts hands-on training sessions that sharpen agents’ skills and reinforce the fundamentals of proactive, relationship-driven brokerage. He often references the David Ogilvy philosophy that “where people aren’t having any fun, they seldom produce good work,” a belief that shapes both his leadership style and the culture he fosters within his team.
Outside the office, Thomas enjoys day trading and is always in pursuit of the perfect New York slice. His current favorite is Luigi’s in South Slope.
