Tyler brings a thoughtful and creative approach to New York City real estate, shaped by his background in marketing and commercial production. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, he works throughout Manhattan, with particular familiarity in downtown neighborhoods.
Originally from Newport, Rhode Island, Tyler has called New York City home for over a decade and currently resides in Battery Park. His experience living across Manhattan has given him a strong understanding of how neighborhoods differ in pace, character, and day-to-day experience.
Tyler approaches real estate with honesty, focus, and clear communication. He prioritizes understanding each client’s needs, staying ahead of the details, and guiding the process with a calm and solutions-driven mindset. His background has strengthened his ability to think creatively and approach challenges with both strategy and perspective.
His interest in real estate comes from a long-standing fascination with cities, spaces, and the people who inhabit them, and how homes and businesses interact within a larger community.
Outside of his role, Tyler enjoys film, comedy, and music, and is an enthusiastic amateur musician. He also volunteers with Free Arts NYC, supporting after-school arts programs for underfunded communities, and spends time exploring the city’s live shows and local spots.
