Yeva approaches New York City real estate with a strong focus on understanding each client’s needs and helping them feel confident in their decisions. As a real estate advisor at Platinum Forbes Global Properties, she guides clients through each step with attention, care, and clear communication.
Yeva has lived in Washington Heights and spent significant time in the West Village and East Village. She has also worked closely within the Financial District market, developing an understanding of its inventory and architecture. Experiencing the city from both a personal and professional perspective informs how she evaluates what makes a space stand out.
Yeva works with clients by listening carefully and focusing on what they are truly looking for, helping them find a space that reflects their preferences and priorities.
Her path to real estate grew from a fascination with New York City and its architecture. Prior to real estate, she worked in fashion and retail, where selling luxury pieces on commission strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand clients’ tastes and lifestyles.
Outside of her role, Yeva enjoys exploring New York’s food scene, discovering new restaurants, and experiencing neighborhoods through culture and cuisine. She also has a strong interest in fashion, shopping, and playing piano.
