With new Census data available, a free, interactive online tool managed by the Department of City Planning has been updated — allowing us to take a peek at New York City’s housing trends, all backed by numbers. 

New York City’s trendiest – and wealthiest – neighborhoods are renowned for their opulence, exclusivity, and high-profile residents. Each of these areas offers a blend of luxury, culture, and convenience, making them the top choice for high-net-worth individuals.
