110 Wall Street was designed by Emery Roth & Sons. The building opened in 1961 and was an office building until 2012. The converted building opened in January 2016 with 207 total units. Private units feature a dedicated living area, kitchen, and bathroom. Residents enjoy expansive commons grounds.
