116 John Street was one of the most hotly anticipated rental buildings at the time when it opened in 2012. This 35-story office building converted into a 412-unit luxury residential property contains a roof deck, gym, live-in super, security cameras, laundry room, and community lounge.

This 35-story tower has 412 apartments and has multiple setbacks as one scales the structure. The building spans the entire block along Pearl Street from John Street to Platt Street.
