One-bedrooms averaged $805,393, down 2.86% QoQ and 9.8% YoY.
Two-bedroom units averaged $1,837,747, up 1.98% QoQ and 7.02% YoY.

Rentals:

Average rent was $6,331, with 142 units rented, down from 163 in Q1.
Studios averaged $4,310, while one-bedrooms rented for $5,300.
Two-bedroom units averaged $8,530, up 3.87% QoQ and down 2.87% YoY.
